Perfect for the athlete on a budget our semi-custom package will give you a better experience than an off-the-shelf training plan.

Note: This package is not available for events of longer than a standard marathon or 100 mile bike race.  Athletes seeking training plans for ultra distance races should consider the Custom Training or Premium Service packages.

This package is for the runner or cyclist that wants to perform to their potential.

  • Four week training plans custom built specifically for you by Coach Lance
  • Includes run/cycle workouts, cross-training advice and  strength and stretching routines
  • Data driven and heart rate based training
  • Unlimited contact with Coach Lance
  • Bi-weekly phone call or Skype check-ins with Coach Lance (minimum)
  • Race specific preparation and planning
  • Custom race strategy advice based on your abilities

$125 per four weeks.

An all inclusive package for the all inclusive athlete this plan has it all.
